No returns on custom orders!
*Please note, we only accept returns that:
– Are returned to us within 10 days.
– In their original, unworn, unused condition with all original tags attached.
– Have no make up/ deodorant/ aftershave marks or scents.
*We only offer exchanges for returned items. NO refunds! Please simply email us with your choice.
*We do not refund shipping costs.
*HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM OR PROCESS A RETURN?:
1.Send us an email (within 24 hours of receiving your item) telling us that you want to return your item(s)/ what new item you would like to exchange it with.
2.Wait for our response with the return address.
3.Once you have our message, mail back the item(s) back in their original condition and we will exchange your original item with your new item.

*How long does it take products to ship?
It varies due to location but it typically takes up to 5 business days if located in the US (not including wholesale orders). Please allow 5-15 days for custom orders.
*Is there a charge for shipping?
Yes, $4 for select hats and smaller items and $6 for shipping and handling for all other products to the US. International shipping to select countries for $24.99. There is no charge for shipping on orders over $100.
